Refunds on Deposits/Partial Payments
If for any reason you need to cancel an order and have made either a complete or partial payment, you will receive a refund, less a 5% servicing fee.
If you change your mind about your purchase after it has been shipped to you but before you’ve used it, you have 30 calendar days to return it from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Refunds on Returns
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund for the purchase price of the item, not including shipping, less a 5% restocking fee, to your credit card (or original method of payment).
If your return is not in its original packaging, and/or shows signs of use or wear, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, as well as any costs to restore the item to new condition.
You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
