That’s why our entire company, from its information-packed website to its full line of parts offerings, is designed around providing superior customer support.

Probably the first contact any customers have with our business is through the website. Our easy to navigate homepage makes it simple for visitors to find the equipment or information they need and efficiently maneuver through the site. The TTD website also provides an extensive source of educational material including a Buyer’s Guide, an FAQ page, and even a sizing chart to help customers choose equipment to fit the size of their tractor. Over forty-five videos can be found demonstrating implements in action or explaining equipment assembly. Brochures and manuals for all of our products can also be easily found and downloaded from our site.

To aid our customers in making their purchases, we provide financing on every piece of equipment we sell. Even shipping charges can be financed. We work with Partners Capital, an A+ rated lending organization, to provide customers with competitive rates and several different financing structures. Customers simply pick the terms and decide how they want to pay. Payment flexibility is another benefit of conducting business with us through Partners Capital Group. Their various payment plan options can accommodate all sorts of business and cash flow situations.

While we only sell top-of-the-line equipment, we do know that implements wear out or sometimes break. For this reason, we offer a full line of parts and supplies for every product we sell ranging from net wrap and baler twine to blades and belts. These parts can be conveniently purchased through the website or by phone. Furthermore, shipping is free for parts and supplies! However, since we know that mechanical mishaps always seem to happen at the most inconvenient times, overnight shipping of parts can be arranged at standard carrier rates.

Undoubtedly, the service that makes our company most unique is direct delivery of implements to our customers’ doors either by freight or flatbed carrier. There is no middle man. We do everything we can to make the delivery process as simple and trouble-free as possible for every customer and can often get an order out the door within 24 hours of purchase (excluding weekends). If the order is submitted in the morning, it might even be shipped out that day! From that point on it is in the capable hands of the carrier, and the wait depends on a customer’s distance from our warehouse. We’re in Terre Haute, Indiana, so being smack-dab in the middle of the U.S. helps to keep the wait times down for customers all over the US. Furthermore, if proximity allows, customers can save money by picking up orders themselves. Our staff will help with loading and securing of purchases and can even meet customers outside of regular business hours if arranged ahead of time.

Phone support is also one of TTD’s customer service offerings. Our technical team is always available during regular business hours to take a phone call from the field or barn to help customers with assembly, maintenance or emergency mechanical questions. We’ve even been known to take calls after hours especially if arranged beforehand.

In order to further support our customers after their purchases, Tractor Tools Direct makes an effort to reach out with a variety of informational material. We provide a monthly newsletter to those on our mailing list which keeps customers abreast of sales and parts/supplies availability while also educating them on the types of equipment that work best for their operations. We also maintain an up-to-date Facebook page that customers can visit to learn more about equipment, equipment shows, and see how others are using equipment just like theirs.
